Q. Which delivery methods do you use and how long will it take as I am worried about postal strikes etc?

A. We send all our goods via the best couriers we can find. These are all very reliable. We never send via standard post and so are not affected by postage strikes. As long as your item is in stock, it should arrive within 1 - 3 days.


Q. Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?

A. Sorry, the only place available to view our wealth of products is online on our five websites. However we do endeavour to provide a comprehensive viewing procedure which allows you, the customer to view large, clear images as best we can. We also have a large, local warehouse so you can collect your items if required.

Q. Am I able to collect my purchases direct from yourselves or do you work with purely a mailing process?

A. We own a large,but friendly local warehouse so you can collect your items if required.


Q. As you are a manufacturer and sole importer for varying products, are these products available anywhere else?

A. Yes. For example: Our Alaskan brand of air conditioners, desktop fans and humidifiers are available at UK Office Direct. They are a large reputable retailer for all of your office based supplies.

Q. I sometimes worry about online companies and their overall reputability. What can you do to reassure me that you conform to the levels of safety, security and service that I expect from a retailer?

A. Instyle Products have been established since 1996! We are based in the heart of Hertfordshire and are a thriving retail company. Firstly we were a high street shop and the internet side of the business developed as times changed within the retail sector.
